As TechWomen Alumni, Initiative of the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs and Tackling Infections to Benefit Africa (TIBA) Fellow, Enatha has made noteworthy contributions in mentoring youth mostly girls and women in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics(STEM) in Rwanda.
Enatha works as the Deputy Head and Quality Assurance Officer for the molecular biology laboratory at Rwanda Biomedical Center (RBC) and also serves as a TechWomen Aluminae and Senior STEM Mentor. Passionate about access to health care at different socioeconomic levels, Enatha uses her influence in the community to propose and implement projects that benefit public around Rwanda. As one of the few women involved in a biotech career, Enatha deeply cares about empowering more women to study subjects in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) and to have girls or women who are able to reach their full potential in life.
Currently as the co-founder of Generation Rise, Enatha is a cornerstone of the growth of Generation Rise through successful partnerships, community events and outreach initiatives. Enatha holds MSc of Epidemiology from University of Rwanda, School of Public Health and She graduated with Honors in Biotechnology from Institute of Higher Education (INES) of Ruhengeri, Rwanda.
